Necdet Mehmet ÜNEL
N. Mehmet ÜNEL is a biochemist holding a Ph.D. in Genetics and Bioengineering. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and completed both his master’s and Ph.D. studies in Genetics and Bioengineering. He works as a Specialist at Kastamonu University. His research interests include bioinformatics, biochemistry, molecular biology and genetics, in vitro diagnostics (IVD), and omics technologies.
Ali Burak Öncül is a computer engineer with a bachelor's, master's and Ph.D. degree in computer engineering. He works as an assistant professor doctor at Kastamonu University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Computer Engineering. His areas of study are GNU/Linux, operating systems, and deep learning. He finished his doctoral studies about deep learning on protein sequences.
Abdülkadir Karacı received the Doctoral degree in electronic and computer education (intelligent tutoring system, machine learning and fuzzy logic) from Gazi University, Turkey, in 2013. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Software Engineering, Samsun University. His current research interests include machine learning, convolution neural network, intelligent tutoring system and programming languages.
Mehmet Cengiz Baloglu is a faculty member with a Ph.D. in biology. He is a professor doctor at Kastamonu University Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Department of Genetics and Bioengineering. His fields of study are bioinformatics, biotechnology, and molecular genetics. The main research area is the application of CRISPR-Cas systems in various organisms. Dr. Baloglu also works on antimicrobial and anticancer activities of different endemic plants and chemicals.
